You could win sundaes for a YEAR from Ben & Jerry’s Charlottesville Scoop Shop!  Starting Friday, July 5th go to their location in the Barracks Rd. Shopping Center and complete the design form and submit it for your chance to get a sundae a week for a YEAR!

Here are the rules of this contest:

By being cool and creative, you could win free sundaes for a year (52 sundaes! 1 for each week!) And here are the rules for 106.1 The Corner’s Ben and Jerry’s Create a Sundae Contest. The contest begins July 5th for store submissions at Ben & Jerry’s Charlottesville Scoop Shop until their close of business July 21st. Online submissions through 106.1 The Corner.com, start July 22nd and last until midnight July 28th. A panel of Ben and Jerry’s and 106.1 The Corner staffers will review all submitted recipes and choose 5 creations based on creativity for on-line voting. On line voting begins 4 pm July 29th and ends Monday, August 5th at noon. Listeners can vote once per day during the voting round.  Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address.  If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, 106.1 The Corner reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. The creation that receives the most votes on-line will be deemed the winner.  Winner will be announced and contacted at 4pm on Monday, August 5, 2013.  In the case of a tie vote 106.1 The Corner staffers and a representative from Ben & Jerry’s Charlottesville Scoop Shop will review the tied creations and determine a winner. Their decision will be final.  Winner receives free sundaes for a year (in the form of one sundae a week for a year) 52 sundaes valued at $312.00 according to the Ben and Jerry’s Charlottesville Scoop Shop.

Winner must be at least 18 years old or older have not won anything on 106.1 The Corner WCNR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of 106.1 The Corner WCNR , Charlottesville Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 75 mile radius of the 106.1 The Corner WCNR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Prize will be available at 106.1 The Corner’s main offices in the form of a 52 gift certificate booklet and redeemable at Ben & Jerry’s Charlottesville Scoop Shop on a weekly basis beginning August 6th, 2013 and ending August 2, 2014.
