#WorkdayWrapUp – about-face theme 4/29

Jason Collins, Tim Tebow, Spike Lee’s Twitter feed…all in all, a pretty eventful sports news day…so does this confirm God’s sense of humor that Jason’s news (to which so many object on biblical grounds) comes on the same day that Tebow (to whom so many object because of his biblical thumping) is likely done for good in the NFL?  Meanwhile, I try to stay objective instead of being objected to…I played The Smiths (“now I know how Joan of Arc felt”) AND Kutless (Christian contemporary band) back-to-back tonight, thankuverymuch!

Every Weekday at 6pm, we do a request hour with a different theme, started by the New Song of the Day.  Here’s what actually got played among the requests tonight…

Workday Wrap Up 4/29/13 (Mouth/Face theme)

Pete Townshend – Face The Face

Red Hot Chili Peppers – Suck My Kiss

The Faces w/ Rod Stewart – Stay With Me

The Smiths – Bigmouth Strikes Again

Kutless – Sea of Faces

The Undisputed Truth – Smiling Faces Sometimes

Traffic – Smiling Phases

K.T. Tunstall – Saving My Face
