A photographer has accused several members of Justin Bieber’s security team of attacking him in a restroom.

The unidentified snapper was trying to take pictures of Bieber at a branch of restaurant chain International House of Pancakes (IHOP) in California on Wednesday night and alleges he was accosted by several of the pop star’s minders while using the restaurant’s bathroom.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com the paparazzo has now filed battery charges with local police.

It is the latest in a series of run-ins for Bieber’s bodyguards – in November, security personnel for the star allegedly snatched a camera from the hands of a fan trying to photograph the “Baby” hitmaker during a surf lesson in Australia, and earlier that month bodyguard Dwayne Patterson was arrested for third degree assault and fourth degree criminal damage following a confrontation with a photographer in Hawaii.
