Albemarle Residents Sound Off About Unsafe Roads

Many Albemarle residents say the back roads that lead to their houses are dangerous. Ron Hahn told the Albemarle Supervisors about the challenges he’s faced after living on White Mountain Road for almost 40 years. Andrew King and his neighbors (pictured) have similar complaints about Bunker Hill Road in the Keswick area. The supervisors say they will have $184,000 for secondary roads in the next budget year. They want to revisit the way the priority lists for road funding are put together.
