City Schools Prepare For Final Weeks Of Academic Year

The City superintendent says she’s been meeting with teachers to see where things stand at the end of another school year. Rosa Atkins (pictured) says she’s already met this semester with teachers at Charlottesville High School. Atkins has also traveled to Buford, Walker, and most of the city’s elementary schools.¬†School Board Chairman Juandiego Wade says CHS will hold its graduation ceremonies at UVA’s John Paul Jones Arena at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 31st.¬†CHS has been holding its recent graduations at the JPJ.
