City Taking Feedback On McIntire Park East Side

The city will hold an open house that deals with the east side of McIntire Park. A park design team wants feedback on bike and pedestrian access, parking areas and picnic shelters. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. September 4th at the Carver Rec Center. That’s a part of the Jefferson School City Center on Fourth Street N.W. Former Mayor Virginia Daugherty (pictured) provided her reaction during an earlier session.
