A federal judge is giving prosecutors more time to put together evidence in the case of Kevin Wayne Quick. Nine people have been charged in connection with the murder and abduction of the off-duty Waynesboro Police Reserve Captain. Four of the suspects have been charged with capital murder. Court documents say the prosecutor’s office is still processing and organizing a huge amount of evidence to turn over to the defense. Prosecutors now have until September 12th to prepare their case.
