Several suspects have been arrested on drug charges following an undercover operation in Lee Park. It resulted in 26 indictments of distribution of narcotics against 17 people. Seven of those were charged with selling drugs within 1000 feet of a school. City Police say detectives noticed groups of children in the area during some of the drug sales. They say a few of the suspects were hiding drugs in trees and bushes where kids would stop and eat lunch.
