The federal trial of Bob and Maureen McDonnell is now in its fifth week. Virginia’s most recent former governor spent the end of last week on the witness stand, and he will return there Monday. Bob McDonnell has told the jurors his wife frequently made decisions without consulting him. He could face more intense cross-examination during this week’s court sessions.
