Fishing without a license. Normally it’s illegal but you can do it Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It’s part of free fishing days sponsored by two state agencies. No fishing license of any kind will be required for recreational rod and reel fishing. The only exception is in designated waters that are stocked with trout. All regulations including size, season, catch limits and gear restrictions will remain in effect.
