Fluvanna Officials Identify Recent Burn Victim

The Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the man whose remains were found by firefighters inside a burning car on July 3rd. 35-year-old Brandon Chad Bruce lived at the house on Rising Sun Road near Palmyra where the car was found. There’s been no explanation why Bruce might have been inside.
