Judge Allows McDonnell Attorneys To Subpoena Williams’ Lawyer

A Richmond federal judge says a legal team for former Governor Bob McDonnell can subpoena Jerry Kilgore, the lawyer for businessman Jonnie Williams. Judge James Spencer has also told McDonnell’s lawyers they can subpoena Marty Kilgore, who’s the wife of the former Virginia Attorney General. They can also subpoena Scott County Delegate Terry Kilgore, who’s the twin brother of Jerry Kilgore (pictured). McDonnell and his wife Maureen will go on trial in Richmond July 28th.
