A lawsuit that accuses the women’s prison in Fluvanna County of having deficient medical services might be delayed. That’s because the Virginia Department of Corrections is changing its health care provider. Armor Correctional Health Services, which is based in Florida, will begin providing medical care in the state prison system on October 1st. A trial is set for December 1st.
