Governor McAuliffe says he’s accomplished a lot during his first 100 days in office. McAuliffe has told state agency heads his administration has helped create more than 5000 jobs since he took office in January. Republican members of the General Assembly have criticized the Democratic governor’s first three months. Democrats and the GOP disagree about proposals to expand Medicaid eligibility to as many as 400,000 low income residents. It’s led to a stalemate over Virginia’s next budget.
