The judge has rejected a request to dismiss charges against Bob McDonnell and Maureen in their Richmond trial. Friday’s routine filing was one of many that Judge James Spencer heard as attorneys gear up for the defense to present its case on Monday. The former governor is expected to take the stand in his own defense.
