Ogilvie Prelim Won’t Happen Until July

The preliminary hearing of a onetime Greene County school teacher accused of assaulting the wife of Delegate David Toscano won’t happen until the middle of summer. The case against 35-year-old Claire Kennedy Ogilvie (pictured) has been continued until Thursday, July 17th. A prosecutor and a defense attorney made a joint request for a psychiatric evaluation of Ogilvie (pictured). She was arrested following a February 24th incident at the Charlottesville home of Nancy Tramontin and Tramontin’s husband, Delegate David Toscano.
