Orange County Woman Wins Big Lottery Prize

There’s another big lottery winner in our region. Orange County resident Patricia Meadows (pictured left with Virginia Lottery Executive Director Paula Otto, pictured right) stopped off at a Food Lion and bought a 20 Times the Money scratch ticket. Meadows says she started screaming when she saw she’d won $1 million. She says she’ll use her winnings to take care of her family.
