Our Winter Weather Is Causing Pothole Problems

Highway experts say this has been a bad winter for potholes. John Townsend of the Fairfax office of AAA-Virginia says it’s at least as bad as the winter of 2009-’10, where we got two feet of snow a week before Christmas. Townsend says repairs limked to potholes cost some consumers as much as $600.
