Prosecutors Trim List Of Charges Against Trio In Goochland

Prosecutors have decided they will not pursue what’s called a principle in the second degree charge against three suspects in the death of Kevin Wayne Quick. The prosecutors are still pursuing felony charges of gang involvement against 49-year-old Leslie Hope Casterlow, 31-year-old Anthony Darnell Stokes Jr. and 22-year-old Halisi Uhuru. Uhuru is also known as Girt Wright. They must return to Goochland County General District Court on March 10th. Police have also charged 22-year-old Anthony Lee White of Mineral with felony gang participation. White was arrested Sunday in Louisa County.
