UVA’s Ed Burton Views U.S. Economy As Stagnant

Don’t expect to get a raise anytime soon. Economics professor Ed Burton (pictured) of the University of Virginia is warning the overall economy remains stagnant. Burton says the uncertainty that surrounds the 2010 Affordable Care Act is making many employers reluctant to boost salaries. Burton was a guest on the WINA Morning News With Rick and Jane.
