VDOT is warning drivers they can expect slick driving conditions Monday and Tuesday especially in more mountainous areas. Craig Allen of the National Weather Service says icy roads will cause problems throughout the mid-Atlantic. State Police say one of their troopers had a wreck Sunday morning in Bedford County.
