Warrenton Area Lawyer Gets Prison Time For Embezzlement

An attorney from the Warrenton area has been sentenced to six years in prison for embezzling from an elderly client and her estate. 67-year-old James Kincheloe Jr. of Fauquier County has been sentenced in Fairfax County Circuit Court. A judge determined that Kincheloe stole nearly $484,000 from a 90-year old client and her estate over a three year period. Kincehloe is currently serving a six-month sentence after he failed to file state income tax returns.
