Crews will spend Monday through Friday working on a waterline project where Park Street meets the 250 Bypass in Charlottesville. It will create temporary late morning and early afternoon detours for a driver who wants to go west from Park Street onto the bypass. The same orange cones will greet anyone going east on the bypass and trying to access the Park Street ramp. Detours and ramp closures are happening every day 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
