Morrissey cancels on Kimmel to avoid ‘animal serial killers’

Singer Morrissey cancelled a Tuesday appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to avoid other guests that night that he says “amount to animal serial killers.”

The guests he’s scheduled to appear with were cast members from A&E’s TV series “Duck Dynasty,” a reality show that follows a Louisiana family with a business selling duck calls and decoys.

Morrissey says he can’t perform on a show with what he called people who “amount to animal serial killers,” the Associated Press reports.

A source familiar with the Kimmel show’s guests confirmed to the AP that Morrissey was scheduled to appear. The appearance will be rescheduled.
