Kendall spoke to Sherie Flores, owner of 9Round Kickbox Fitness.
9round is having a free open house at their Pantops location on Friday (02/25) and Saturday (02/26) from 9am to 1pm where attendees can look around and workout for free! Sherie and her husband/9round Co-Owner Ross Flores are Army veterans who love giving back to the community so for every membership sign-up this weekend they will donate to the Living Free Together organization. LFT is a Charlottesville-area nonprofit that works with military families and individuals to create a community and sense of healing.
