Jill Greiner, Water Efficiency Program Coordinator for the City of Charlottesville. The City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County Service Authority, and Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority are currently accepting submissions for their 8th annual Imagine a Day without Water Art Contest! This year’s theme is The Value of Water and the contest is open to grades K-12. Entries must be two-dimensional and must be submitted by 5pm on October 31st. Fan Favorite voting will be open Monday, November 14th until 5pm on Monday, November 28th and the winner will be announced on Wednesday, December 7th.
