The City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County Service Authority, and Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority are currently accepting submissions for their 8th annual Imagine a Day without Water Art Contest! This year’s theme is The Value of Water and the contest is open to grades K-12. Entries must be two-dimensional and must be submitted by 5pm on October 31st. Fan Favorite voting will be open Monday, November 14^th until 5pm on Monday, November 28^th and the winner will be announced on Wednesday, December 7th.
