Tonya King from Living Free Together, a Charlottesville-area nonprofit that works with military families and individuals to create a community and sense of healing, checked in to discuss LFT’s upcoming Veterans Day Ruck The Ridge Ruck Hike and Festival at the Blue Ridge School on Saturday, November 5th. The hike requires reservations; however, the Ruck Fest is FREE and open to everyone who would like to celebrate.
