Fluvanna County has another fatal crash on a rural road

(PALMYRA- WINA) There’s been another fatal single-vehicle accident in Fluvanna County. State Police say 80-year-old Edmond R. Kent of Kents Store died early Wednesday moning after his car veered off the right side of Route 659, and it struck two trees.

Kent had no passengers. He was wearing his seat belt.
