Former County Executive Tom Foley will retire from Stafford

(STAFFORD – WINA)    A former Albemarle County Executive has decided to retire from his current job.    Tom Foley will retire as the Stafford County administrator on June 30th.

Before he relocated to Stafford in 2017, Foley spent nearly seven years as the Albemarle County Executive.   He first arrived here in 1999 and worked in various offices in the County Office Building.
