Howard Named Chamber Small Businessperson Of Year

Local real estate agent Bill Howard is this year’s winner of the Small Businessperson Award. The annual honor comes from the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Howard will be recognized at the Chamber’s spring luncheon May 22nd. He received the Chamber’s 2002 Paul Goodloe McIntire Award for Citizenship and has gathered other business-related and community awards. Howard has lived in this area for almost 50 years. He’s been the driving force behind an annual golf tournament that benefits the local Alzheimer’s Association.
