ACPD seeking indecent exposure suspect


CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Albemarle County Police are looking for a man who is wanted for exposing himself to children.

Stuart W. Ragland is wanted for one count of obscene sexual display and two counts of indecent exposure. The charges stem from an incident in which he allegedly exposed himself to juveniles while driving past a school bus, according to an ACPD release.

Ragland is described as a 39-year-old Black man who is bald with brown eyes. He stands approximately 5-foot-9 and weighs 175 pounds. He has tattoos on his neck and may be traveling in a green Kia SUV.

If seen, people are asked to immediately call 911. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 434-977-4000.
