Hoos men’s basketball non-conference schedule released

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – After trickling out a few game dates, such as the neutral court December 6 contest in Charlotte against Dayton and February 14 against Ohio State in Nashville, Virginia men’s basketball has released its complete 2025-26 season non-conference schedule. The slate in new Head Coach Ryan Odom’s first season at UVA includes 13 contests, 8 of them at John Paul Jones Arena.

Highlights include ACC rival Maryland paying a December 20 visit to JPJ.

Rider, North Carolina Central, Hampton, Marshall, Queens, Maryland-Eastern Shore, and American also come to JPJ.

The Hoos also play late November in the Greenbrier Tip-Off in While Sulpher Springs, WV (Nov. 21 against Northwestern and Nov. 23 against Butler).
