Nelson Co Sheriff seeks man on outstanding warrants

LOVINGSTON, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The Nelson County Sheriff is looking for a county resident on several outstanding warrants who frequents northern Nelson and southern Albemarle counties. James Riggleman does not have a fixed address, and the sheriff’s office has released a photo of him, plus two photos of pickup trucks allegedly associated with him.

He was last observed at a residence in Nelson County, departing in a white, crew cab Toyota pick-up truck in the pickup in the first photo. That’s him in the photo in the blue pickup, as well.

Anyone seeing him or the vehicle is urged to immediately contact the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.
