  • Struts–“Dancing In The Street”: The Struts add themselves to the list of greats who have covered this 1964 classic. They’re on tour with The Glorious Sons and stop in DC on 8/7. 
  • Boy Scouts–“Get Well Soon”: Oakland-based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Taylor Vick’s new record Free Company drops on 8/30 and was recorded in a rented shipping container.
  • King Ropes–“Mouth Full Of Bees”: The latest album from the band fronted by Dave Hollier, Gravity & Friction is out the 26th. Hollier produced it himself.
