10/2 – Metric just released a new album (Art of Doubt) & will do some of their own headline dates in the new year, incl. a stop in Richmond.  Here’s their new single/video

10/3 – John Grant’s got a new album out 10/12.  His brand-new video features 13 animators, but here’s the more SFW 1st single & video…

10/4 – Jim James was on The Tonight Show last night  with The Resistance Revival Chorus.  His 2nd solo album of the year (and 4th in the last 3 years!) reworks the songs from Uniform Distortion to form Uniform Clarity  (with 2 new songs included).

10/5 – Cat Power was on Colbert this week too…lotsa good albums out today!
