Videos of the Day – week of 2/2/15

the bonus video above (so we can have a thumnail photo on the main BTC page) is The Wind & The Wave covering Regina Spektor’s Orange Is The New Black theme song (TW&TW have a new covers EP out on iTunes in 2 weeks)

2/2 – Hundred Waters have a cool free BitTorrent bundle you can get with a donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters, partly in conjunction with a soda commercial you may have seen last night during the Big Game, promoting positivity in general, esp. online…

2/3 – here’s the new lyric video for Matt & Kim, which also really gives you an idea of how this band has grown so fast, so quickly…through their um, unique videos & their live show (where the drummer dances on top of the crowd)!

2/4 – it finally happened!  Neil Young joined Jimmy Fallon’s version of Neil Young on the Tonight Show in L.A.!

2/5 – J Mascis was the musical guest last night on Late Night on NBC.  He did a bonus web-only version of Mazzy Star’s “Fade Into You!”

2/6 – someone has called a couple times in recent days, requesting this song (that we have never played).  Maybe we should!?
