Videos of the Day – week of 2/6/17

2/6 – the new London Grammar video (above) is up to about half a million views in a week, not bad!

2/7 – Sampha is from South London & for the past 6 years has done remixes and collaborations with artists like SBTRKT, The xx, Chairlift, Drake, Beyonce, Kanye West & Alicia Keys.  He’s exploring some new sonic territory on his debut full-length, which just came out Friday, and has an emotional new video out for a song about his mother’s passing…

2/8 – Margaret Glaspy plays The Southern tonight!  Here’s the video for the title track to her breakthrough 2016 album, Emotions & Math.  Listen for Margaret in the Corner Lounge around 5:45pm on Two For The Road tonight!

2/9 – Australian trio Methyl Ethel (gotta love that band name) has a new album out 3/3 on 4AD.  Just you be you, kids…

2/10 – Ron Gallo released a new album last week called HEAVY META.  That pretty much describes his sound & style, as you can see/hear in his new video…
