Videos of the Day – week of 3/16/15

3/16 – add HOLYCHILD to the list of male/female duos making catchy, brainy electro-pop these days…you may have heard “Running Behind” (above) in the new iWatch ad.

3/17 – Here’s a unique take on a lyric video for the brand-new Of Monsters & Men song…guy looks like Robin Williams, doesn’t he?  New album out in June…

3/18 – Lucy Rose wears suits of dog food, fries & grass in her new video!?  New album out in July…

3/19 – Caroline Spence will be joining us in the Corner Lounge tomorrow before her cd release party show at The Southern Sunday.  She grew up here, but is now based in Nashville…here’s a recent live version of a song that’s won her three national songwriting contests: Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Contest, American Songwriter Magazine’s Lyric Contest, and The Rocky Mountain Folk Festival Songwriter Showcase (I’m not sure all 3 awards were for the same song, but we’ll ask her tmrw!)

3/20 – It’s the first day of spring & Horse Feathers are at The Southern tmrw (Saturday), so here’s a cool video from them!
