This Just In

Videos of the Day – week of 9/29

the bonus video above is from Mr. Thom Yorke’s new solo project…

9/29 – Corner Lounge favorite Dawn Landes plays the roles of Bill Murray AND Scarlett Johansson in her video for “More Than This.”  Yep, it’s a Roxy Music cover just as Dawn is doing some touring this year with Bryan Ferry, who incidentally turned 69 this past Friday!

9/30 – Jeff Tweedy & his son Spencer also play multiple roles in the funny new video for “Low Key” off the new Tweedy album that’s finally out…

10/1 – here’s the new video from Rancid, featuring 3 songs from their album due out at the end of October…no more mohawks!?!

10/2 – TV on the Radio teams up with Funny or Die & some special guests for their new “Happy Idiot” video…

10/3 – a fun one for Friday, brand-new from Cibo Matto!  Reminds me of an episode of one of my favorite shows, Project Runway!?  I hate “reality shows” in general (although I did watch the 1st few seasons of The Real World WAY back in the day), but at least on PR they are creating artistic things in a challenging, competitive way!
