Music photographer Rich Tarbell has two upcoming photo exhibits. The first, about the history of Charlottesville’s 11th Ave. music scene, opens tomorrow (12/5) at Studio Ix and runs through December. Rich is also re-releasing his book of Charlottesville music photos, available at richtarbell.com.
