Fievel Crane (they/them) hosts The Morning MIixtape, four hours of music and conversation and stories each weekday morning. They also host This Just In, our weekly show of brand new songs.

Fievel got into radio as a young kid while listening to a local AM station that played old-time radio shows like The Shadow and Jack Benny. Then as a teenager they discovered the BBC radio version of The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy. Fievel has worked in radio all over the U.S. and in Japan. They’ve also been a full-time musician, playing saxophone and percussion with salsa bands and funk bands and singer-songwriters. Fievel moved to Charlottesville and started working at 106.1 The Corner in March 2023.
