Charlottesville’s Grand Illumination returns to the Ting Pavilion on Friday, December 3rd and Kendall spoke with Joe Rice, Interim Director of Communications for the City of Charlottesville as well as Rebecca Cardwell from presenting sponsor UVA Community Credit Union to get all the details on what to expect this year.
