(BUCKINGHAM – WINA) A man and woman have been arrested following the Thursday night robbery of an 82-year-old woman in Buckingham County. The victim was found suffering with a head wound in the 300-block of Francisco Road in the Toga community of Buckingham.
Buckingham and Fluvanna deputies teamed up early Friday morning to arrest 38-year-old Adrian Maurice Chambers and 37-year-old Larisa Lee Wright. Chambers and Wright were charged with aggravated malicious wounding, robbery, obtain without consent a credit card, credit card fraud, and receiving goods or services in violation of credit card fraud.
They are being held without bond at the Piedmont Regional Jail near Farmville.
