(CHARLOTTESVILLE – WINA) Charlottesville Police have charged a 30-year-old man with multiple felonies that involve an April 11th incident on South First Street. Adrian Jamaal Howard was arrested on Friday.

He’s accused of malicious wounding, discharging a firearm in a public place, brandishing a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
