(RICHMOND – WINA)   Voters in a local General Assembly district might have a feeling of “deja vu.”  An Albemarle Democrat who ran against incumbent Republican Delegate Steve Landes two years ago is getting ready for a second campaign.

Angela Lynn expects to launch her latest challenge at noon next Tuesday at the main County Office Building on McIntire Road. Landes represents parts of Albemarle, Augusta, and Rockingham. He was first elected in 1995, and chairs the House Education Committee.
