Cathy Smith Train Wins Paul Goodloe McIntire Award

The woman who runs the Thomas Jefferson Area United Way will receive this year’s Paul Goodloe McIntire Citizenship Award. Cathy Smith Train (pictured with Robert Canar) will be honored during the annual Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce dinner.

That event will take place November 13th at the Boar’s Head Pavilion. The Paul Goodloe McIntire Award has been a local tradition since 1975. It’s the highest honor bestowed by the Chamber of Commerce.
