City Police Arrest Burglary Suspect

Charlottesville Police have arrested a man accused of burglary. Police charged 20-year-old Cody Brian Smith (pictured) with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony. The alleged incident happened July 6th in the 800-block of Cabell Avenue. Money and personal items were stolen.

Police say they executed a search warrant at Smith’s residence and found items from the burglary. He’s being held at the regional jail.
