(CHARLOTTESVILLE – WINA) Two incumbent members of the Albemarle School Board will seek a new term in November. David Oberg, who represents the White Hall District, announced Thursday night that he’s decided to run for reelection. Jonno Alcaro, who’s the at-large member and runs countywide, will also try to win a second term.
Two of the school board veterans announced at the start of the year that they are retiring. Both Steve Koleszar of the Scottsville District and Jason Buyaki of the Rivanna District will not seek new terms on November 5th.
