CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – ACPD release:
| ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA – At approximately 4:55 am, Tuesday, July 25, 2023, the Albemarle County Police Department was dispatched to the 7-Eleven, located at 385 Greenbrier Drive, for a report of an armed robbery. An unknown male went into the 7-Eleven, displayed a firearm, and robbed the store of the money in the cash register. After taking the money, the suspect then fled the store on foot heading west on Greenbrier Drive.
