CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – The University of Virginia has issued “no trespass” warning for 4 years against 10 people who police accuse of initiating violence at the August 11, 2017 torchlight march. The order includes UVa alum and white nationalist leader Richard Spencer — and is a similar warning issued to Unite the Right organizer Jason Kessler in April after he was spotted several times using the law library for legal research of court cases he was involved in.

The other 9 besides Spencer are:

Benjamin Daley, Thomas Gillen, Michael Miselis, and Cole White — four California men accused of being part of the violent neo-Nazi group Rise Above Movement (RAM).

Antonio Freeman of Thousand Oaks, CA who is a former bodyguard of white nationalist media participant “Baked Alaska”.

Elliott Kline (a/ka Eli Mosely) of Reading, PA who is a leader of Identity Evropa, a friend of Spencer’s, and a co-organizer along with Kessler of Unite the Right.

Vasillious Pistolis of Charlotte, NC who was a Marine during Unite the Right and has since been kicked out since being charged with violence here. He is also known to be associated with the violent neo-Nazi group Atomwaffen. The Pentagon has since launched an investigation into possible neo-Nazis affiliated with such groups in the military.

Robert Ray of Frankston, TX who was a leader of an apparently defunct white nationalist group and has contributed to the neo-Nazi publication Daily Stormer.

Wil Smith of Nocona, TX.
